"Stamp Collector Strkes Again"
Yesterday, the serial murderer whom has become dubbed 'The Stamp Collector' had a third victim. Mr. Kurt Johnson, a clock maker, who lived alone in his shop in the Tréme distict, was discovered in the early hours of yesterday morning by a neighbour checking in on him, who says they heard noises in the middle of the night. The body was found with the Stamp Collector's trademark symbol - a stamp left stuck to the forehead of the victim. The police have commented that, aside from the body itself, nothing else in the shop seems to have been touched, so they are ruling out theft as the motive for the murder, and are conducting further investigations. The second victim, Regis Flint, was discovered last week, and police are appealing for anyone with information to come forward. --Report by Keila Glover
