You head back into the bar. It's calmed down quite a lot. Mostly. A lot of people have sat back down, and are enganged in discussion. The real chaos is in the middle of the room, at the bar. Sundown is involved in a half-shouted arguement with two others, on the other side of the bar.
One's dressed in a suit, the other in a long trenchcoat, with a black fedora still on. From where you are, you can't make out their faces.
As you get closer, you pick out a few words
"talking crazy...hell...right to..."

I sit at the bar and look at no one in particular. Instead I just listen some more, at least until I've been acknowledged.

You're sitting there for about 5 minutes.
Perception Roll
You don't really catch anything of what they're saying till right at the end, when Sundown says
"...not the time. Customer. Wait in the back, we'll finish this later."
He comes over to you.
"Yep?"

"If you don't mind my asking, what was that all about?"
I gesture over to where he just came for. My brow is furrowed in concern.
"I don't think I've ever seen you this angry before."

"It's just...ah, never mind; i've actually got to sort things out before i'll know exactly what this is all about. What can i do you for?"

I just shrug.
"Nothing really. I just wanted to make sure everything was alright. And that you didn't hold all Sanctified in the same light as those guys."

He shakes his head.
"I'm not sure what to think now, to be honest. It's not exactly as if it's hit me pretty hard, it's just their own, well, Vidal's, regulations they're breaking."

I nod and look into the crowd. I didn't recognize those men and I hope they aren't with Savoy. I don't need that extra drama right now.
"It's possible that they were working on a lead. It's no excuse of course, but I'd rather a manner violation like that then a fullblown witch hunt. That's just screaming potential Masquerade breach because someone i going to do something stupid."
I look Sundown over, trying to guage how he's handling the whole thing. I wonder if Kendrick knows Auspex. I have my own methods of finding things out, but it never hurts to have other means.

He looks at you for a moment. You think you see a slight nod, but you're not sure.
"Mmm, you may be right."
Another vamp approaches, dressed in a black shirt and pants, Sundown looks to him.
"At last, about time you showed up. I've got business in the back, take over."
He turns back to you.
"Well, i'm afraid i've got to run for now. I'm sure i'll catch you later. Hope you don't get caught up in all this."
He comes out from behind the bar, swapping with the newcomer, and follows the same direction that the other guys too, going through a black door in the corner.

I nod and smile at Sundown as he leaves and stand up. After nodding to the barkeep I head outside to Michael's car. What is Sundown up to? I guess it doesn't matter at this point. Once in the car I head over to Michael's house.

You pull up outside, a nice quiet one-floor house, in the nice quiet suburbs. The shutters are all closed from the inside, so you can't tell if he's in.

Nice place for the NOLA, I have to admit. Though I'm looking for a place out in Mettarie myself. I lock the door of the car and then knock, before using the key to enter.
"Michael? I'm here."

There's no answer from inside, and all the lights are off. You look at your watch. Still a few hours before sunrise, so he's probably still with the Lance guys.
You've never been back here before, but you still can't see a lot with the lights out. You think you're standing in a hall.

After shutting the door behind me I try to find the light switch and turn it on. Once that's out of the way I lock the door and look around.
"To pry or not to pry, that is the question."

You flip on a light, and find that you are indeed standing in a hall. Nice wood-floored job. 2 Doors lead off on the opposite wall. I've now discovered i can post pictures. Handy. You're at the front door (the bottom one)
